When my clients and I sat down and discussed selling their 2 year old home, there were a lot of emotions attached- this was their first home together, it was new construction and they were able to pick all of their own finishes, and they made some really impressive updates, this was also the home they brought their first baby home to.
The buyers that came through the open houses were all “WOW’ed” by the layout, size of the rooms and closets, and the interior design and finishes. It’s no surprised that we accepted an offer $15k over the listed price, and on terms that were favorable to them!
We closed yesterday, and I know the buyers will be very happy in their new home, and my sellers are onto their “FOREVER” home <3
